hi all..can any 1 give me breif details of fitting the above to a my98. tools needed , what grease if any,that kind of thing......thanks mark

Very very easy to change, just a few spanners needed, and/or sockets, managed to do mine without even jacking it to do the rears, grease was suppiled with mine.
Take a look under the car and it will become obvious how easy it is to do.

You really need to remove the front wheel to have clearer access IIRC
