224FRONT 185REAR (pounds per inch) and is best compromise in my opinion between ride quality and performance. My Prodrive professional kit - if I remember right - had the same rates front/rear.

cheers Jim, looks like the STi up-rated set by Graham Goode at 151 Front and 162 rear (lbs/inch) are not actually up-grades for the STi 5.
Happy with handling but want the car to sit lower.

I have an sti5 and want to go lower, the ride is already quite hard but dont like those big gaps under the arches !!
let me know how you get on, I am thinking about whitelines -45mm

Here's my car with STi V dampers and Pi springs. Gets rid of the the gap between arch and the tyre (more so at the front). The rid is quite firm and has got rid of some of the roll. I'be been told the springs are ****e compared to Eibachs but i've got not complaints.
