Having taken the afternoon off on Friday to pick my Leda up after being rebuilt, I had hoped that I would finally be able to reassemble my suspension this weekend...

With the suspension off the car I had taken the oportunity to change all the bushes to Power flex...I only had the N/S rear left to do today when about 30 mins ago I started putting the rear trailing arms back on anrealised that the inner bolts were smaller diameter than the bush inserts...great...wasted 2 weeks trying to do this now I've got to strip the other side off again to check, and take all the f'ing bits along to some one who supplies powerflex and keeps them in stock to make sure that I get the right parts...needless to say I won't be looking at the part numbers just the parts themsleves as the packets clearly can't be trusted [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

Hi Stuart, well I'm going to try getting some knocked up at worked...managed to work out that it's just two inserts that are wrong, there are 6 that the PNo. ends in 110 and 2 where it ends in 111...I check this rigorously when I bought them...but guess what the packet containing the 111's in fact contained another set of 110's [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

Halford can get them for 14 quid...I'm sure I'll get this down to 10quid from somewhere...probably a lot easier than trying to get them made right...*****...
