Front and rear tracking adjustment / settings.

The rear wheels of my 92 Legacy are set at 30min toe in. How would the handling be affected if I set this to parallel or reduced the toe in? I'm guesing more oversteer.
Also I have set the front wheels at 20min toe out, is this a good fast road/track setting?
