Smile Bilstein Adjustment help needed

Hi there I have recently got an 02 Impreza WRX that has Bilstein suspension all round that I'm finding is extremely stiff the car does look low too and I want to make it a little more comfy and smoother on the bumps.

I need to know how to achieve this? and how to fully adjust the ride height and stiffness?

I've looked at the stickers on the suspension and this is the numbers

Front: F4-VE3-A176-M4
Rear: F4-VE3-A177-M5

Strangely I cannot find any record of these model numbers online?

Thanks

Andy

ride height, if adjustable, will be done using locking collars on the struts
stiffness, if adjustable, will be done on the top of the strut

just drop Bilstein UK an email and ask them to confirm what the part numbers reference to usnderstand what kit you have. they are pretty quick to reply i found

Thanks for the reply I contacted them and apparently my suspension was maid only for prodrive so I need to contact the technical team and possibly have them revalved for a softer ride
