OOPS! lol, well im fitting new shocks and lowering springs so the alignment will probably be needing done anyway.

i would have marked them if i knew they were there, are they fitted as standard?

shouldnt there be a washer with a lug/hook or are there different kinds?

they're standard fitment, top position only, front struts. Any aftermarket struts for Subaru will have the enlarged top hole, front strut for fitment.
Just match the fronts up, you could set them at max and they'd be ok until your alignment.

Yes mate camber bolts are standard you could go for the eibach items which will give you a further increase ask the place who's setting the alignment/geometry for you they will explain in more detail if it can help your setup if it's a good knowledgeable place and help you make your mind up
