Default bc rear adjustment access...

ok ive had the bc fitted and am very pleased with them so far. I would like to adjust the rear stiffness a tad. do I need to get the back seat out to do this? im sure I have seen holes drilled in shelf above to gain access in other cars? .. what is the normal approach. other half has made a minor complaint , so prob just need to stiffen it up a bit lol.

I have extenders fitted to the rear and they work a treat but if you don't have them you will need to remove the back seat to adjust

Extenders are the way to go. BC sell them and usually have them in stock. Makes it very easy. To fit these, yes back seat out. Not a problem. Two 12mm bolts for the squib and four to get the main back out. Best to undo the 14mm for the lower seat belt mount and pop the ski hole open in the centre armrest if you have one. The rear seat lifts up to unhook the top.

About 15mins to do.
