i have 6 speed r180 swapped impreza classic(also sti rear subframe) my hubs are 5x100



Could i use sti aluminum lateral links just remove oem ones? Are they interchangeable or have differences because hubs?(5x100 or 5x114)

No the holes centres are too far apart as the links are longer. This would make the rear too wide and also pull the drive shafts out of position.
These would be a better bet
