Default Rear suspension problems

Hi. I'm new here so hello to all. I'm having probs with my rear shocks and was hoping for some help. I've got a blob sti and it's running on kyb shocks. I've had to replace them twice in a year and a half. They keep sticking and I've got the bad shock knock starting again.anyone else have this prob or know of a cure? Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.

coilovers maybe sort issues - even BC ones will be cheaper and better to replace all corners with. I have replaced all my shocks with coilovers on every scoob except a classic wagon cos of rear knocking - Ive heard OEM ones are only good for 9000 miles !!.
Most of my scoobs bhave been hawks tho and I think new ages are particularly prone to rear shocks knocking
