Default arb front or back 1st?

hello chaps . im trying to decide which sway bar to replace first ? front or rear ,which is more noticeable ? the car is general fast road , I will be doing both eventually. am thinking whiteline type 22mm for front and 24mm back... also antilift kit in coming months.

For road only use the rear is all you need, a 22mm will transform the car's handling.

I bought a set of adjustable 22mm Cusco, replaced the rear, set it on medium, never installed the front - this on a classic.
Car is still nice, more neutral, doesn0t understeer as much without going into oversteer.
