Classic STI replacement shocks
In the process of refurbishing my classic sti, however on removal of the shock inserts one of them came apart while removing and I've lost all the fluid. Contacted KYB who can't refill them. They have advised me that replacements arnt available either unless a hefty £360+vat each from Subaru. Has anyone else put on any aftermarket shocks?

Setting 3 front & 5 rear is very similar to inverted red kyb's.
The correct bump stops, will depend on which springs you're using.
Out of interest, why were you dismantling the strut?
Full sets of the inverted red kyb's, do sometimes come up on ebay - £750 a set.
