Are the Tein S tech springs worth it on a non widetrack blob sti? How much lowering would they give me over stock?
I don't want to go as extreme as coil overs but if they are pants or a waste of money I will steer clear!

 

For pootling about, or cruising smooth well kept street roads they're just about OK - anything else they are a world of pain
