I'm replacing my knackered bc coilovers on the rear of my blob sti, what spring rate is most suited to a fast road car?
Don't ask me what rate the fronts are as i dont know unfortunately

I just fitted some hsd coilovers, and they have 7kg front and 4kg rear, To me they feel a more of a softer ride compared to the standard sti suspension
so at a guess, i would say a 4 or 5kg spring maybe?

I believe there should be a code on the old springs if you can get access to them.
