I found a jdm 97 in the for sale pmd him and said I would have it he text me his number and said call him at 8 to arrange it all
So I called him at 8 just rang so then get a pm saying his phone had died (*****,,t dead mobiles don't ring and ring and that I'm second in line if another person don't want it
So really f@@ked off to be honest if he would have said there was someone else fine but did not whatever done now so just gonna stick with original plans for the my99 lol

 

Just a quick note mate, the 97 models have the unmappable ECU. Well, mine does anyway but it's a uk model. Do a bit of research on the ECU before you commit to buying it!!

 

The car in question had an apexi ecu and already mapped so that's why I was getting it

 

Hence COMMITING to buy it

Stick with the UK car you'll have cheap insurance, yea my phone don't ring when it's switched off

 

Yer I'm gonna stick with it mate I'm not thinking my engine last to long after modding it as it's done 160k but at least I should be able to grab another engine for it quite easy and have all the stuff to mod that ect hopefully I can find a decent low milage engine early next year just going to see how long this one last lol
