Default TD05 20g - £430 posted

Available immediately.
Front entry TD05 20g (non-billet) rebuilt a few years ago by AET turbos for Mark Turner, with an uprated Forge Actuator. Removing to upgrade to an SC42 and tubular headers.

This turbo made 382/340 on a Momentum 99 ECUTek map (2.0 engine, map by JGM) with a near dead OEM clutch, 650 injectors, Harvey headers and up pipe and a FMIC; never had the car remapped since replacing the clutch but it's been running very rich so wouldn't be surprised if she'd make a little more with a good clutch and the right set of mods to compliment.
Full boost was achieved at 3800rpm, about 300rpm later than the vf35 it replaced. With a TMIC this turbo kicks savagely and acceleration is brutal. With a FMIC it's more progressive but still fantastic to drive on.
It's also a "proper" 20g, not a cheap eBay chinese copy!

Previous owner made 394/390 on 20% meth on the same turbo and header/up pipe setup and a TMIC but I suspect it'll potentially be capable of just a little more with a FMIC.

£430 posted or £410 collected from Berkshire / Surrey area.

Pics:

And Graphs, Tesco Momentum 99 on mine and then 20% meth on Mark's, both 2.0 engines, running Harvey headers and up pipe.

Are the GT Spec 2 headers and up pipe in good condition? Any repairs done or needed?

How much for them separately? If you'll do it?

No repairs done as far as I can see, although as you can also see from the pictures they're in used condition.
I haven't run them on my own car so I can't honestly say for certain how good they will or won't be. Due to bizarre circumstances I ended up with two sets, one wrapped, one not, so just keeping the wrapped set and selling on the ones that weren't.
They look like they could do with a bit of a tidy up around the flanges with a wire brush / wheel - maybe a light skim by someone who has the tools to do so?
Up pipe looks ok.

I can take more detailed photos if you want, and yes I'd be willing to sell separately. PM me if you want to make an offer

PM's replied, BTTT. Bengo - your inbox is full, but yes I'll accept sensible offers.
All I ask is anyone doing so remembers this is a proven 20g and not a vf35 so I won't be looking to let it go for stupid money!

Thanks for looking
