The £20 is for a pair, i.e for 1 seat, but i do have another pair for a 2nd seat if need and they are black yes

They can be fitted to any car...

You can then buy a subframe for newage impreza to fix them to which uses existing seat holes, or if its for track use etc people usually weld 2 bars across the floor inplace of standard frame to bolt them to.
