Spec c block, cosoworth rods, spec c nitrided crank .Spec c pistons.
I have my spec c block is in great condition with all the parts to build back together to make 500bhp.
Spec c crank no marks at all.£400ono
Spec c block £350
Cosworth rods done 1000 miles max £400
Also i have standard pistons unmarked that i will throw in with the block.
All the above should be good for 500bhp with the right heads.
