Default Zen performance PPG 5 speed with DCCD
Have a PPG with straight cut 1st and 2nd, helical 3rd and 4th with UK ratio 5th for sale. Originally built by ZEN with uprated seletor forks as you can see in pics. Tim Farmer ex Zen has just replaced 3rd and 4th baulk rings and box is fully inspected and good to go. Has DCCD diff also !

I can throw in a plated R160 3.9 rear diff if needed. Also have a helix paddle clutch good for 500/500 which I may be tempted to sell as an extra

Tom I ran 509/470 with it with no issues, only replaced two baulk rings as they were starting to wear a little. Rest of box was in perfect condition when we pulled it out. We used this for drag and sprints so very pleased with it. New engine/turbo set up could see us over 550/550 so have had to go 6 speed and 30kg heavier I know of people that have run up to 550 with these with no issues but I would say a little less than this to be safe. Hope that helps.
