This arrived today, cannot believe you did not wrap it in a box/bubble wrap, its now got a lovely dent in the end section and is flat at the top, thanks for tsking he time to take my hard earned money, and then think it was acceptable to send it in a plastic bad............................negative feedback will be left

 

Really sorry to hear this mate i have sent several items in exactly the same way and never had any problems before - email me any photos of the damage and i will get in touch with the courier

 

 

to be quite honest mate i dont think that you have had to give it that much thought - you werent willing to pay as a gift in case there was a problem - so i had said that was fine - now suprisingly enough theyre is a problem................ this may well have been down to the couriers however your attitude and respones to me when i have only tried to help you have been arrogant and ignorant. At no point have i said that i would not refund you and have as yet not been able to get incontact with the couriers as I have been at work all day. I suggest if the discussion that you had with the paypal stated that postage was not to be refunded that you revise your case and change the amount you are claiming back to £50 rather than £60 as you will quite clearly see from the theads above that the poistage was £30!!

You will also see that on other forums eg Supra that my feedback is excellent - i just havent sold that much through the subaru with not being long registered!!!
