Remove the Vac hose from the bottom of your recirc DV, then report back

It doesnt dump?

By that you mean its not making the VTA noise (wwsssshhhhh) or its not dumping at all so its making the chudder noise (chchchchchc) as air is pushed back into the intake ?

pics help

Bin it and put it back to standard imho, I cant stress to folk who use cheap aftermarket BOV's that they are wasting money, and long term affects could prove costly.

The pic above doesnt look familiar to me, but Im guessing its a Baileys, which, are probably the worst BOV ever made.

To be honest there isnt many ways to tell with adequate equipment, so get it check by a mapper. Im surpised its gone though a garage they dont know, or at least they didnt ask when they got it traded in (Thats the trouble with garages these days, they are ******* useless)

Where are you based, we can recommend good mappers for you.

Hoesntly go back to recirculating DV, **** the noise, it all chav anyway. When you do eventually go for more power then consider the noise as it will come with more power.

What Car have you got anyway, any advert link.

Standard Induction noise does it for me on full throttle

Listen to the old and high posters they have been around for years and came across many threads like this and have the knowledge of dump valves

They don't work
Cause running issues and much more
And the real enthusiasts will laugh at you for making silly noises
Best suited for teenagers in McDonald's car parks
