The BOV and it's flange are one piece, but if you used one of
these , it could be fitted to a hose.

know somebody using a blue one of these
they are fairly good and well made , there is a lot of preload adjustment and can be set to be fairly quiet or really loud ( without being too loose that they leak )
free bump for a no bad dump valve
