As above v3 sti heads, valve stem oil seals were don 10k ago.

V3 and 4 Sti are both the best.
Both have more agressive cam profiles and under bucket shims.
I have asked various people as if there is any slight difference between the two...and never have found out if there is actually any mininal differences.
