Yes, includes front and back, 1 x rear hook and 1 x front hook.

haven't had a chance to fit a front one yet, i don't think it will be a direct fit on a blob sti
, it depends where you mount it though, but i think you would have to make a bracket to fit to , will have a look on my own car when get a chance,
