Yeh good pic just wondered on condition of fins, if it's good condition I will take it.

 

fins are just the normal bent ...lol , normal case of tool tray when working on car comes to mind ... lol

honestly bud they just need 20 mins of time and a pair of her indoors tweezers and jobs a good one ,
