APS Dual Blow off valve, one of the best ones availiable on the market. This being a dual blow off valve has none of the disadvantages normally associated with dump valves. It runs recirculating in lower boost levels and then vents to atmosphere at higher boost levels (adjustable). It is one of the best kits out there & is better than the most popular HKS SSQV ones IMO. It is in very good condition & comes with the adaptor for MY99-00 STI for top mount intercoolers (Can also fit on front mounts & different year cars but please first check website below to make 100%) It was used for 1 approx 1 year & is in perfect working order.
