this guy told me to file a paypay claim, he then decided that he was going to punish me for telling paypal buy making me wait for the dv to be tested.
the dv was all loose in its fitting when it got to me and was missing a sealing ring,i could blow through the dv my self,i did not need to fit the item to know it would not hold boost.

No it didnt. YOU decided to involve paypal in order to bully your way into a immediate refund. For all that may be interested in the history of this issue, stewart1397 bought a Dump valve off me (One which worked absolutely fine when it was removed) - Upon receiving it he said it looked "loose" and that he didn't think it was going to work (He fully admits that he never fitted the DV or even tested it to see if it was faulty - it just looked faulty). I immediately offered to pay for any part he thought was required to remediate the issue (This was deemed to be a simple "o" ring). He declined the offer so I offered a full, no quibble money back refund. All he had to do, was pop it in the post to me, and when I got it back, I was to refund him the money, and even offered to cover any postage he had to pay. Before he even posted it, he raised a dispute through paypal (Despite me offering a full refund), consequently Paypal froze the funds. 2 days later, and before I had even taken receiveship of the DV he escalated the dispute to a claim with Paypal, thus freezing my entire Paypal account.
I have exhausted all avenues of amicably trying to resolve the issue.
Despite being offered a full refund upon return of the DV, he has since left me negative feedback AND left this comment on a for sale thread, which will no doubt hinder any further sales.
If anyone has any questions or queries about any of this Saga, I have all the PM's exchanged between us, which will prove all of what I have said above, they clearly show I offered to pay to fix any issue he thought it had, and freely offered a full refund.

Please do not be put off by this person... I have been a trusted member of this forum for many years and have bought and sold a lot of things on here without any problems what so ever... Anything I sell is always described honestly and if you're ever not happy with it for whatever reason, I'll be happy to refund the money for it, as long as I get it back obviously!

It would seem that it takes years to build a good reputation but only 1 idiot to ruin it!

stewart1397 - DO NOT post on this thread! This thread is not intended for a slanging match!

slanging match, looks like you have already done that.
at the end of the day it had two nuts and bolts missing and a sealing ring.

i said that if you didnt get aback to me today i was going to make a claim all i got back from you was along winded msg moaning about me starting a paypal claim which you told me to do.
all you had to say was you had to pick parcel up from sorting office as you was'nt in yesterday to take delivery and tell me when you was makeing this no quibble money back refund.

why would i spend time fitting something i know is not going to work.
