You still have these Dean?

How do they stack up against the std brakes on a P1 do you know? Will they fit my classic?

Yes they will fit your classic, these actually came off a classic!! No comparison between the two, these are far superior!!

I will double check the fitment on a new age and get back to you unless anyone else has insight

Thanks Dean. So this is for calipers, discs, pagid pads and goodridge hoses.

Is it an easy enough job to simply take the brakes off mine, and fit these, do I need any other clips/bolts/fixings etc....?

Have you tracked yours? Ever had experience of brake fade with them?

Thanks.

I had never tracked this particular set, but no you will not experience brake fade as long as you use racing brake fluid with these.

It is a simple install you will need nothing else, these will bolt right on.

Never tracked my car mate and no i`ve never experienced fade with the brembos,a fantastic upgrade from standard four pots which were useless as im running near 350bhp,and struggled to stop on the standard setup.

Might have to get Ian at Godspeed to confirm, but I believe these are the Gran Turismo calipers, thats can take a bigger disc, 330mm compared to the Sti 326mm and are slimmer so may fir under more 17 inch wheels.

Good price for Brembo's with 2 piece discs.

Looks like mounting brackets are needed in order to make it fit classics, cause bolting to the hubs is vertical instead of horizontal (2nd picture)...

The mounting bracket is NOT NEEDED!! They are just not shown in the picture but come with the set.

This is the larger caliper and come with 330mm discs.

You will not have any issues at the track as long as you use the right brake fluid and right pads. As posted these come with Pagid street/race pads.
