STI 2.0 connecting rods. Came out of my widetrack engine with less than 70k on it when it was stripped for ring failure. The rods are in absolutely fine condition . £150
EJ207 crankshaft from same as above and all journals are good to use coated in oil and wrapped in oil impregnated paper so will keep clean for a good while. £200
