Default 3D Printed Clip On Newage Dash Gauge Pod - 52mm

Hi all,

One of my latest projects, a 3D Printed clip on (not glued!) dash gauge pod for newage Impreza's - 52mm gauge fitment.

Design

Constructed from a 4 piece design, all of my own work :

1) A generic clip on chassis, printed in black PETG for durability. PETG is more durable than PLA but print quality is not as good. This is a generic chassis that could be used to mount all sorts of things in place of the dash clock panel. (I have another awesome project nearly ready to go, more on that in a future thread...)
2) PLA flat finisher panel, printed in Brave Black, which is the nearest thing I've found to the newage dash shade. This is glued to the chassis.
3) PLA gauge pod, in Brave Black also. This is bolted to the chassis with 6 m4 bolts and can be removed for easier gauge installation.
4) PLA gauge bezel / finisher panel in Brave Black - this is required to provide a smooth finish behind the gauges because of the way it's printed. Push fit clips and small amount of glue.

Parts 2,3, and 4 can be printing in different colours should you wish - PM to see what I have in stock.

Fitment

Clip on and easily removable (pull forwards and up). Assuming your wiring is already sorted, fitment is about 10 mins!

All newage

Variants

I'm nothing if not flexible, as is 3D printing! So if you wanted a different arrangement, 2 gauges and some switches or something, let me know. Also different colours available too as mentioned.

Leadtime

4 parts totaling around 30 hours (broken up) print time and a bit of manual assembly/gluing are required. The glue also needs to fully cure before shipment, usually 48 hours worth otherwise you get white misting, so I need about a week to prepare each one, but I'll keep you posted on progress.

Cost

£60 for the unit

1st class RM postage = £4.00
2nd Class RM = £3.00

Gifted on paypal.

PM me if interested.

Thanks for looking.

DISCLAIMER: these have not been crash performance tested etc, I can not and will not take any responsibility for any damage or injury as a result of use.

Front Clip (1 of 2)

Rear clips

ignore the glare, hopefully you can see it or get the gist!
