Genuine Original BLACK Oil Filter

Hi, my Impreza is long since sold so I have no need for this filter anymore.

Price is £8 delivered to UK mainland. Payment is by Paypal with the buyer to cover the fees.

Genuine Subaru Parts
1 x Black Oil Filter
1 x Sump Washer
Part Number 15208AA100

These 'Black' Filters Are the Original Subaru Filters, Which are only available in the JDM Market Now, as Europe have gone onto using the Blue Filters, These are the better filter of the two, as they have a higher flow & better filtration

so can anyone tell me, apart from the last few digits on part number, the color and, one is made in japan the other in america...whats the real diffrence between genuine subaru blue and black filters...iv used blue print ones on standard and highly modified imprezas all my life... never had a problem with them and quarter of the price.seems to be a real stigma still about using genuine black filters..thanks

From memory, and don't quote me, but I think there was an issue with some of the early batches of the blue ones which has now been resolved but people still prefer to use the black ones.
