EJ205 Forged engine for sale.
Just pulled this engine to make way for my forged ej25, its covered 11,000 miles since full rebuild, after being run in it has only ever been ran on millers CFS 10w50, last oil change done 500 miles ago.
Its a good engine and I was planning on keeping it as a spare, but the money would be handy for other upgrades...
Used no oil or coolant, did not make any noise warm, very light on the breather, really was a cracker.
The engine made 356bhp 346lbft on an andy forrest remap.
Spec;
std bore OBD ej205 casings, no measureable wear, lightly honed
OEM FORGED V5 sti (P1) pistons, new rings
New forged steel "H" section rods with arp 2000 bolts
new ACL bearings throughout
new gaskets and seals throughout.
oil pump stripped, inspected and reassembled
MLS head gaskets
new timing belt, rollers and tensioner.
Good oem forged steel rear thrust crank, no scores or wear.
new std head bolts.
Currently has WRX heads on it.
I am looking for £1000 for this engine, I can work with buyer to arrange delivery etc.
Cheers

I already have the new genuine Subaru STI ones but I've no idea what they're capable of. The seller suggested around 400bhp. I'd like to build to handle more than that ideally, while I have it apart and all.
