JDM single AVCS cylinder heads for sale - NOW SOLD
I have a pair of 2 litre JDM big port heads with UK STi spec cams and valve gear all assembled. Rebuilt by Paul Finch approx 4k miles ago, block faces surface skimmed to clean up, with all new stem seals and a couple of guides replaced and valve seat and valve faces re-faced. Small crack on No4 cylinder plug hole.
Covers and solenoids included.
£500 plus shipping of £20.

I bought the bare castings from a tuner so I don't know what model/year they were from. They were fitted to a CDB and run in a 2005 STi, so I would think they will suit a V5 ok.

I run an Alcatek so pretty sure that would run it but then I'm guessing I'd also need loom adapted. I could just run them without the avcs as my current heads have no avcs.
Can anyone confirm they would fit but also match up well? Are these any more advanced then my current version 5/6 sti heads? The eventual plan is to start on head work but would like to know if this is a better starting point then my current ones.

But running without vvt ATM and at 1.8 bar I feel no difference, still spools quick, but the main thing I can tell is that it pulls harder towards the redline and wants more but by that time it's time to change gear, so you can tell the gain from having big port does.
