Yes, believe that is the technical Subaru term for them, essentially plastic badges that sit on the front wings of MY08on cars.

 

No this is not the term, your using an American term, anyone who knows anything about cars knows that FENDER is the American term for a WING as called in the UK and other countries, you've spent way to long on Google bud.
