2004 UK IMPREZA STI 6 SPEED Non dccd
Hi everyone,
I have 2004 UK Impreza STI 6 speed gearbox TY856WN4CA (3.54 ratio) Non dccd which has some issues.
When I received the gearbox which was claimed to have done 65k miles,there was damage to the rear end case which I carried out my own repair on.

The repair included a new rear shaft seal and sealant which didn't leak, the jubilee clip adds strength to the casing.
I ran the gearbox in my classic for 18months/10k miles without any leaks, it selects every gear fine and as it should, I have videos to prove this.
The gearbox then produced a noise in June 2015 the noise comes in after approx 30-40 miles of driving,driving is normal conditions not harsh at all. Motorway driving mainly also have a video of this. You hear the noise close to the end of the video clip.
I removed the gearbox in October 2015 when I stored the gearbox ready to get overhaulled. My options have now changed and the gearbox is now up for sale.

The gearbox is located in Cardiff, South Wales but don't mind travelling slightly to help buyer out.
Collection preferred but gearbox can be posted but buyer will have to pay postage approx £50 to mainland UK.
Also have some other 6 speed items which may be available.
Looking for £650 but will listen to sensible offers.
