removed from my 436bhp blob sti to make way for a louder raptor system

its a hks hi-power de-cat system,its louder than the likes of miltek etc but not as loud as the likes of vortex/ninja

as you can see in the pics it has a 2nd silencer which sits above the backbox

needs a clean up but has no damage

collection from le10 hinckley/leicestershire or i am going to wells-next-the-sea next saturday so could possibly meet along the way

Was the second silencer an aftermarket edition? Not seen one like that before.

 

I'm not sure to be honest,it can easily be removed by cutting it off and plating the hole up

I think this might be the HKS Silent Power backbox due to the extra silencing ?

I don't claim to be an expert though !

 

It doesn't say silent on the tailpipe though and most silent versions have.

Either way if it's not gone soon it will be skipped

 

ive had a scout around on hks silent systems and some have the extra silencer and some dont so it is factory fitted although it could be cut off and plated up should anybody want to. my car was de-catted so it wasnt all that silent but its not ear-bleeding loud either

 

will this fit onto my prodrive sports cat?

 

I'm not sure but 3 miles from my house is custom chrome who do custom exhausts (they have just done my new 1) they could make it fit by fitting a different flange it that's an option?

 

you from hinckley? i don't want to buy the exhaust and spend even more tbh that's the only thing. if your skipping it I'll skip it for you lol but the flange is 2.5 i take it?

The large silencer on the back is to combat cabin drone that is all, I use to have one just like this.

This exhaust looks like is it Hi Power Titanium Tip 20th Anniversary,just check badge on the side of the exhaust

We are run this exhaust at 490/480 without the issue,sound awesome on full chat and if you are running pops and bangs or ALS you will love it,like we are in past

Great exhaust and well worth the money
