I've just fitted one (full system), its pretty loud but makes a nice sound on my twin scroll setup (fitted to my RB5).

I take it back box is just a straight fitment. Just last time I changed full system ecu did not like it. But that was 3" from turbo back (no car) love milltek just always been outta price range.
