Default centre section for newage wagon

Hi all. Got a deresonated centre section for a newage wagon. I bought in error as its too long for my 05 sti.
Pickup from bedfordshire or I can arrange delivery at cost.
It works out about 4 inches too long. So if your handy with a hammer and a welder it prob will fit saloon.
Offers please..

What brand is it? Size bore?

I always thought the wagon and saloon centre sections were the same length.

Are you sure its too long? Have you got an after market downpipe? sometimes its the after market downpipes that are not long enough or sometimes too long. It forces you to buy a complete system from that manufacturer.

Hi chap not sure on brand. Its a standard 2.5 inch. My mechanic tried to fit it (I was with him) and it worked out about 4inches too long. I was trying to replace my resonated centre section. I assume its from a wagon as its too long but didnt know they were the same .... thanks for your help matey

It's probably from a classic, they are longer. Newage wagon/saloon are the same length

This! I bought a stainless centre section and back box from classic STI and the centre section is too long for my newage...back box fits but one less hanger
