It's a 1999 Version 5 Type R in white...

150,000km... still running in kms and limited to 112mph (180kmh) as I didn't want to confuse the mileage.

I bought the car July 2012 from Kilrush, Ireland after searching everywhere for the right one and not seeing any decent ones over here. The condition is great bar a few car park dents and one in the bonnet which I will get removed before I sell.

When i bought it, the car looked like this...

It had 17inch Revolution Milleniums in gold,
Full 3 inch decat
Apexi ECU and thats it really...

Then my personal touch came into effect, since buying it I have carried out the following mods...

Repainted wheels to dark grey/ gunmetal
White Hatch STi Brembo front brakes with Godspeed discs
Rear Godspeed discs/pads
Refitted OEM graphics on bootlid and rear quarter
Newage STi steering wheel in suede with centre marker
Scoobyworld mudflaps with Type R logo
Genuine Subaru 2 door wind deflectors
Type R grill badge
22b style vents
Type RA Roof vent
Genuine Version 6 STi front lip
Swapped the Jap exhaust for a custom 3 inch full decat
Wrapped RCM headers with venturi up pipe
RCM K&N filter
VF43 turbo
RCM 340lph fuel pump
Remapped by Simon @ JGM and running approx 330bhp

Timing belt and water pump was done @ 122kms
I've had the oil changed every 5k kms since buying it and it will have a full service before she goes... all work carried out by Three Arches Services in Cardiff...

It came from the factory with the uprated STi pink suspension which is pretty hard but handles superb...

Good looking car there Fella. Had a look over it at Rallyday, it looked good on the road to, was stuck on the Second Severn crossing next to you going home from Combe.

It is indeed and Simon mentioned how strong it sounded and well it went when he mapped it

Looks a cracking motor mate I thought it would see more than 330bhp with that turbo and mods tho? I guess you Are being restricted by the injectors mate?

 

Yeah they're only 440cc injectors, pretty sure 550s fitted it'll see around 360bhp along with the Newage STi intercooler I have here
