Reluctant sale due to needing a car to commute in for the other half

The car is totally standard and not messed with the only change is the ninja 2 back box.

There is a huge amount of service history as you can see from the pics and loads of stamped service history in the service book plus the original bill of sale from listers.

Car has only covered a low 71k from new

Only had 3 owners, previous mature owner had for 8/9 years and i have owned for 3 years and had no issues with the car.

Car drives fine with no known faults and is always warmed up and left to cool down.

Toad cat 1 alarm and certificate with 2 x keys and remotes

Cambelt was changed this year at 69k with receipt

Recent spark plugs/millers oil and filter/millers gearbox oil/air filter and fuel filter changed and have all receipts for this and for previous servicing.

17" inovit wheels are in good condition with yokohama prada tyres with good tread with locking wheel nuts

Recent new front disks and pads and rear pads

Bodywork and interior in excellent condition(no wear to bolsters etc) and no holes in dash etc kept in vgc at all times by myself and previous owners.
