Out of curiosity have you some pics of the front end, before, during, and inside the slam panel after? Was it a conversion kit, or a front end from a breaker?

Why has it been converted in the first place?

I bought all new parts inc new chassis parts to replace all corroded parts. No used gear.

All welded.. not pinned. New slam panel / radiator panel, new light housings L+R.. and the lower frame near the aircon, these rot due to condensation, all changed. So like new.

All chassis parts are painted and color coded too...

I have the option of another car with a forged engine, looking for a 500+ car.

I like the Hawkeye but always on the move for a new project. Only changed it cause i like new...... and it was something to do!!

There was no accident or damage involved. A call to John Pye can confirm this.

 

No pics, John Pye did all the work.


I may wrap this car and get a forged engine.... but trying to sell first and see what happens.....


German guy interested end of the week, so if anyone is tempted.......... be quick.
