Hi folks sorry not realised anyone had replied.
Engine fitted by my friend and i, he has 40+ yrs at cars and is very good!
Block at purchase i was told about 44k and my speedo read 144k, two years on its now coming upto 151k, so about 7k in two years. (mots state miles done as well)
Block has s20c701 stamped on it. See bit of a thread i did on cads
