Hawkeye R-Sport
SOLD
For sale is my 56 plate Hawkeye R-Sport in WR Blue, 160BHP, standard and 0-60 in a little over 8 seconds makes this a very good car for those not looking for the turbo price tag or upkeep costs.
I have owned it for around 2 years now and it hasn't faulted me once, really lovely car to drive, getting around 35mpg+ on a run.
It's on a lower tax band and insurance bracket than it's turbo'd brethren and is especially perfect for the younger among us looking to.. turn their friends green
.
Well maintained and serviced and currently stands at 65k miles. Pictures below. Please message or post if you require any further information. Car is located near the Milton Keynes area. Selling due to saving up for an STI.
£4000 ono

Yeah thats what my mate said to me, he has the STI spec D, which is amazing, he slowly got me into scooby's more and more lol so hear i am.. looking to go from MG ZR 105 to the scooby, have done a lot of research on them, but i suppose i would ask you said the car hasnt faulted for you, is there anythign you have paid out for on the car apart from servicing?
Your mate is a sensible bloke! Cracking cars, I love them
. Only getting rid of this ad I needed a diesel (although now in the market for a turbo Scooby).
Apart from MOT etc it hasn't wanted much at all! Only things I've paid out was a chamber when I got it (which will have covered only about 10k miles) and rear suspension was knocking (which is a common fault) so had that fixed (sorry, not too mechanically minded, can find out more if you need specifics).
Other than that it's been a lovely car, cheap on insurance and will be better on fuel than your mates spec d.
Where abouts in herts are you?

Had a soft spot since I was a kid personally
. Ahh crappy German equipment
If it ain't Jap, it's crap I say.
It haven't personally serviced it at a Subaru garage (Don't feel the need for a non-turbo) but the garage I got it serviced at I trust implicitly. My father owns a car dealership and he gets everything done by them, so we have a great relationship with them
.
If I remember correctly, it's every 10,000 miles, but I can get you a more accurate figure if you wish.
The N/A version runs on 95 octane fuel, not 99, so it's cheaper on fuel in that regard too.
That's not too bad at all then, only a 40 minute trip away

aha yeah i know what you mean so did i, well since the first one i was in...
No thats fair enough, the garage is obviously okay as the car would have had more problems aha.
and nope not to far aware at all.
