Default 450 BHP Type R

I've enjoyed this amazing car over the over last 4 years but the time has come to move on as it's just not getting used, It's done less than 2000 miles in 18 months.

Current mileage is 71801, some of this is in KM before it was imported so the actual figure is alot less. Car will come with a fresh MOT

It had a new alarm, battery, coil pack and HT leads last year and is stored with a CTEK battery conditioner to ensure everything is tip top condition.

I purchased the car from a member on here, with all of the work being carried out by Scoobyclinic. He pretty much had a blank cheque book and would leave the car with them and get them to make it go faster. Nearly everything was replaced with upgraded components. It was featured in Jap performance when the first round of mods (Std 2.5) was completed. It then went back for a fully forged 2.5, 450BHP package from the Clinic. The car was part of Team Subaru for Ten of the Best 6 and achieved an 11.2 @ 128MPH for the 1/4 mile.

It had an engine refresh just after I bought it by API, this was using a new 2.5 block, uprated oil pump, new rings etc and also had the map tweeked to ensure everything was spot on. I also had a few extra upgrades added at this time (RCM induction Kit, WRC style oil catch can with sump return, Rear brembo's and Prodrive P1 interior), The new engine has covered 11K miles, All road miles except 2 runs at santa pod.

The car comes with a E boost 2 controller allowing you to run 3 boost settings. 0.8 bar which produces 280BHP/350lbs, 1.2 bar around 350BHP/400Lbs and 1.8 bar which made 446BHP/508lbs on V power and 478BHP/538lbs with a 20% meth mix (I've since had this mapped out, as I really didn't want to involved with this)

I replaced the super hard Coilovers with a standard set of STI 5 shocks and springs (again from API).

I'm looking for £9000 considering the Spec, mileage and colour

I would consider a PX of a modded 99/00 Uk Turbo, 99/00 standard(ish) STI/RA or Modded newage for around £3K and the rest in cash

The full spec is as follows:

Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:

Thanks guys, it truly is nice car to drive, but as said it's just not being used.

Sold to a really nice fella and it's on it's way to Sweden.

A hassle free transaction with 99% of communication being Via PM's on here. Goes to show that not all buyers who are serious need to call, In fact it was more convenient to communicate via Pm's than telephone
