subaru track car for sale with v5 ! over £35000 spent !! new mdx 555 turbo !
subaru impreza sti race car with v5 thousands spent !
this is the sale of my subaru impreza sti track car.
the car is primeraly a race/track car but dose come with the v5 so could be road registered
the car has has hiddious amounts of money spent on it standing in at over £35,000 with every component fitted being of the best of quality !
had over £3500 spent in the last 2 weeks !
the car started life as a sti import 1996. 3 years ago since then it has undergone a serious transformation in to a serious track monster ! car made 460 bhp and and 410 ftlbs of torque the car was running soft slicks when mapping was carried out on road tyres the car would put out around 30 bhp more .with a methanol mixed fuel map race dynamix estimates around the high 500 mark !
the car was mapped last week buy 'race dynamix'
also had a full geometery suspention setup last week
it has a full custom weld in cage fia standerd by custom cages uk with certificate! the roll cage is full car through bulk head to the top of the struts and also to rear struts and to all pilars ! i would be more than happy to roll in this car it is solid !cost over £3000 with painting
has a brand new 2.1 fully forged engine from engine tuner of plymouth uk. has done 860 miles since rebuild 800 of which where on the road running the car in ! has 2.5 crank acl bearings through out and cosworth pistons and gasketts ! theses engines are more than capable of over 750 bhp ! £5500 with heads suplied aditionally
brand new turbo dynamix md555 500 turbo £1800
simtek ecu with anti lag and launch controll active also high and low boost maps £1200
just had exedy twin plate clutch and flywheel from lateral performance £1500
it also has a full custom stainless exhaust is a tru piece of art ! with its centre rear exit looks and sounds amazing with a sound level of 98 bd so no problems with noise ! exhaust was £900
roger clark motorsport race headers with heat rapped up pipe
braided power steering lines over £100
it comes with massive 6 pot front and 4 pot rear k sport brakes and disks enough power to stop a train let alown a 1 ton subaru ! brakes where over £2000 !
suspention is tein super racing suspention all round these are over £700 a strut !!!! these came to over £3000
the car is running a ppg race 5 speed gear box 1-2 gears are straight cut 3-4 are helical ppg gears uses the standerd 5th gear to keep top end speed ! this box has just been fully stripped and rebuilt buy a local gear box specalist to enshore it was 100 % befor the season starts! 1 year old used 9 times ! cost £5000 with out fitting!
all windows are polycarbonate except the windscreen which has got a shatter proof film that has been aplied for saftey ! £400
has mocal fuel rails and lateral perfomance 960 injectors with v spray pattern wich where £600
the cars original fuel tank has been foam filled with a walbrough 225 pump in tank that feeds a bosch 044 inline pump, all fuel lines are braided teflon and run throgh the car to the engine bay .
all braided fuel lines in engine bay on torques high flow -6 fittings with inline fuel lab filter and bosh 044 pump fitting alown where over £250 !
all new brake lines have been run also throught the car and braided brake flexis to the calipers
the car has a flocked dash retaining standerd clocks all heaters have been removed as they are not needed on track dash £200 (heaters are avalible)
a set of rota race alloys 17' by 9 wide £800 all have dunlop slick tyres fitted
a set of 17' by 7 alloys with wet dunlop tyres fitted
i have a full new set of A-B-W wide arches that have not been fitted yet
slim line race wing mirrors
custom front diffuser with race transponder looks amazing adds loads of downforce
custom rear diffuser also adds massive amounts of downforce keeps you on track in the corners !!! this looks insaine with the exhaust !!works amazingly !
oil pressure oil temp water temp and bosst pro sport guages and senders £150
car is on push button start ( key start can be reactivated at the swap of a plug )
small race battery fitted in car
electric cut off in car
full in car and engine bay extinguisher set up
(both electric cut off and extinguisher have external pull chords fitted !)
kirkey race seat
5 ply radiator hoses
the car has had thousands of hours of work spent on it getting it up to the standerd it is now !
the car is in good conditon considering its a track car and dose have the odd mark here or there.
all that would be needed to make the car back road legal would be a set of tyres and an mot and tax all locks and lights are still presant .
ime shore i have missed loads of parts out ! and will try and add them as i remember more ! the spoiler in the pictures is no longer on the car .
this would be an ideal car for any 1 looking to join a race formula or for a serious track day car

The turbo and fuel lines and pumps gauges where sold earlier in the year as it was going to be broke for parts There was a thread on here for breaking at the time due to not being able to brake the car for personal reasons I brought all parts needed to make the car complete and ready to race again
There is no harness in the car forgot to put that in the add ,
