Default my99 Version 5 STI with Low Milage, Long TAX & MOT Swap for newage WRX or £3200

Hi All,

After a swap if anyone is interested for my genuine my99 Impreza STI version 5.

this is my 6th impreza - must be getting too old as i fancy another newer shape blob / bug eye - preferably an estate if anyones interested, if not i'll just keep it.

Champagne silver
Low milage of 56,250 miles
last mature owner for 11 years
tax and mot over 11 months remaining on both
h&s full exhaust from turbo back
k&n cone filter
ecutek Bob Rawle remap
exedy clutch
power wise i'd say approx 310ish bhp
newage alloys with matching bridgestones all round
Excellent interior with knock link, boost gauge and air meter

drives mint with no knocks / bangs - no piston slap - pulls very well, sounds brilliant on acceleration.

few small marks here and there as expected for its age, rear arches underneath showing slight rust but been treated (as pic) but excellent car - best view yourself if genuinely interested - let me know what you have.

Car is in Lancashire.

Cheers!
Stevo

Are you only after a straight swap, or a swap plus cash? Considering swapping my '56 Wagon for something cheaper to free up some cash.

Ruislip - more pics as requested - easier to post on here, if you need any more let me know.

Apologies, crap weather yesterday and had to play a golf comp today so the car is dirty in the pics - pics have just been taken half hr ago.

Cheers!
Steven

I do mate,

I'm looking to swap for one.

General Spec:
Silver Bugeye 2002
133,000 miles
Fresh MOT & 6 months Tax
VF28 Turbo
550 Injectors
Hawkeye STI Intercooler with Uprated Y pipe
Wing mounted induction kit
Stainless C&C back box
Eibach Springs & KYB shocks
Front strut brace
Project Mu Discs
Apexi AVCR boost controler
Trackhound remap with launch control
Enkei RP-F1 Superlight wheels
Walbro Pump
STI Inlet Manifold with Tumble Valve Delete
Clarion in dash 6 disc changer with MP3 WMA capability

Link to my project page with pics and more info: http://www.scottishscoobies.net/show...ers-Bugeye-WRX

Made just over 305BHP on the power runs with a split header now the headers have been replaced spool and power is defo better, I had to adjust the AVCR down a bit to stop over boosting after the new manifold went on. The car is still fulley catted, Alistair from trackhound says theres still at least another 30 brake to come when it gets decatted (further mini map will be required for this).

Bad points:
New tyres just rub the rear arches, looking to get those folded or rolled to stop this.
Local car was jetwash took a bit of paint off the drivers wing mirror.
Mrs Scraped the front bumper a bit but it's not bad.
Clutch can slip a little in 5th if you bring in the boost too fast.

If you scroll up to near the top, you will see this above! So no is your answer unless he's changed his mind.
