Default 2002 Impreza STI Type UK.. Low Mileage!

The time has come to part with my Scooby, ive only had this a few months but due to new circumstances it sadly has to go

Genuine STI Type UK so has all the sti extras etc

The car itself has only been owned be 2 people before me, one of them being in his 50's who had the car from new for 9 years, It has an uprated exhaust system which i believe is a Hayward and Scott, Other than that its completley untouched and hasnt been messed with.

It has done 48,200 miles and will rise a little as its my daily car, Its got Full service history, the cambelt was changed just over 10,000 miles ago, ive got lots of receipts for several things and the fluids and plugs have been done with every service, Ive also just gave the car an oil change and filter..

It also now has FULL M.O.T and 6 months Tax.

Overall its in great condiiton for the year, interior is very clean with no wear as expected for a low mileage car, the boot is mint and still has the unused spare and full tool kit in place, the 2 front tires are getting low and the brakes could do with doing but that has all just gonethrough the MOT so still ok at the moemnt, also there is a little scrape in the boot and slight little rust bubbles on both rear arches, ( just being honest and picky ) I did spent a long time finding one with this mileage/condition, and it will onlt get rarer and go up in price.

It also has a Cat 1 alarm and a tracker which is 100% free and transferable so you can sleep at night knowing its completely safe,

Ill let the pics do the rest..

If any pictures are needed of anyhing just ask and i will take some,

I am open to a PX on somethin else, even of a lower value with money on top so just ask

These cars break very easy for ££££'s so im not going to take silly money, im not that desperate to sell,

Im after £5750 ono

You can call/text me on 07825 884940 for a chat or mail me on here, Im located in Norfolk.

Thanks
Mike.

Seriously, it would be a crime to break that car. If it wasn't for the fact that I need a wagon for the dogs, I'd have it off you in a heartbeat!

Free bump, just to say I know this guy and this car is an extremely well looked after example, I would ****** it up at that price if I could afford the insurance on an sti it would break my heart to see it get broken!

Any last takers at £ 5300...

If not it Will 100% be getting broken for parts.. such a shame for a low mileage car, but seems these days there worth more and easier to get rid of in parts

I had a 03 STI PPP, £2400.....trade in with not high miles,I couldn't shift mine for 5k and my engine was a lot cleaner than yours.
So it was broke you will be lucky to see 5k,
£5300 may be a bit high .....but I hope you sell it . GLWS

Cheers for your feedback I have been offered 3850 trade in for mine, £2400 is an absolote for yours, the 6speed conversion and engine etc are worth that alone,

From what ive seen on here what they break for and how quick the bits sell i would be better of doing that and i should easyly see £5000+.. brakes, 6 speed conversion, engine, turbo, seats, etc will all go easyly if priced right.

Cheers .. Yeh there is a few of these being broken, but the bits soon go for good money, especially if its low milage and had no abuse like mine..

Ill take some more pics tomorrow of everything if the weathers ok, and then if i decide to break it people can see whats on there..

Such a shame but if im gonna get a better return thats what will happen

Gave the old girl a wash today, ive took some pics of the parts that will obviously be for sale if i decide to break it, all are in good condition and working, im on the look out for a cheap car and as soon as i have found one this will be broken for parts if i have no buyer, By next weekend it will probably be off the road and i will start selling the parts and create a proper listing in the breaking section.

But for now heres the pics

Yeh it would be a real shame but if its going to make me more money breaking it, rather than letting it go silly cheap then it will be broken..

Ive seen worse condition and much higher mileage go for this price

This had full MOT, 6 months TAX, Full service history, and just had an oil and filter change, its ready to hop in and enjoy for the summer

Yeh i guess so, Im actually in 2 minds wether to stick a blobeye front on it and a few bits and keep it for a while longer to be honest, I tried finding a good blobeye sti for that money and couldnt,

Or the other option is break it, i should see 5000 pretty easy going by what bits have sold for on here, thats my other option.

Ill decide when im back off holiday in couple weeks

I ended up swapping it for a bmw of the which was the same value i wanted for the scooby..

Hold out on what you want and someone is bound to have it eventually, or do what i was going to do and break it for parts, seems there worth more in bits these days

Ok makes sense what BMW did you go for in the end? Yeah I know it's such a shame that these great cars are worth more in parts then as a whole but I guess that's the times we live in at the moment. If you don't mind me asking where abouts in Norfolk are you as you can see I'm from Norwich. Were u on scooby city or just on here as a member.
