Modified MY99 (Ver5) UK Turbo 2000
For sale here we have my MY99 (Ver5) UK Turbo 2000 which I have recently bought back off a friend of mine as it was just sitting on his drive doing nothing. I sold it to him 18 months ago, and in that time its done under 200 miles in total! Its only done around 100 miles since its last MOT!!
Since picking it up, I've swapped out the drivers seat for one with no wear to the bolster, I've given it a service with brand new NGK PFR7b's and 10w-50 Fully Synthetic oil + New Filter, a good old clean and given it a check over to make sure all is working as it should - Which it is!
It has a few modifications which add to the aesthetics and performance of the car - These are listed below.
Performance:
Front Mounted Intercooler with chrome hard pipe + Samco
HKS Induction Kit
Blitz VTA Dump Valve
AirCon pump removed (Have still got it spare)
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
ECUtek ECU mapped to around 320bhp (1.35 Bar boost)
3" Stainless Bell Mouthed 100 Cell Sports Cat downpipe
3" Afterburner resonated centre section
3" Blitz Nurspec R back box (Fitted with Bung)
IHI VF28 Turbo
Rebuilt 4 pot Calipers
Drilled and Grooved Discs with EBC Yellow Stuff Pads
4.5mm Silicone HT Leads
NGK PFR 7b Spark plugs (Gapped to .63)
Recent Exedy Clutch
Front Strut Brace

Security:
Sigma M30 Cat1 Alarm/Immobiliser
MOT until 3/6/12 - Mileage at MOT was 104665, mileage now is 104771 which means it has done a staggering 106 miles in 9 months! The only advisory on the last MOT was a worn rubber cover on the brake pedal and that the exhaust was loud (Hence the bung)! Just put 6 months Tax on it too, so its ready to go!
The bodywork is in very good all round condition as the pics show - This is a 13yr old car, so there are a few stone chips to the front and a some minor blemishes, the worst being shown in the attached photo, consistent with the cars age and usage, but certainly nothing serious or anything to detract from the overall good condition of the car. As you can see from the pics, she scrubs up well!!
It all runs spot on with smooth changes through the gears and it pulls without hesitation. Power wise I'd guess around 320-325 BHP as I took it out for a play with my mates lightly modified V4 STI (Which has a dyno print out for 310bhp) and this pulled his pants down and gave him a good spanking!
I'm about to fill out and send the V5 off tomorrow, but if someone wants it with 1 less owner on the books, then let me know ASAP, otherwise I should have the V5 back in my name (again) in about 2 weeks.
I'm after a cash only sale, as I have no need for another car so please, no offers of P/x's. Constructive comments are welcomed, however negative or frivolous ones are not.
After owning 14 Scooby's I have accumulated a massive amount of spares for them, and for a small fee, the new owner can take away the whole lot (Probably about a full boot's worth of spares) as with a new baby, I can't see the wife letting me own another one any time soon!
