Default MY99 UK with 2.5 & 6 Speed

Sadly the time has come for me to part with my beloved Scooby. This is the 3rd one i`ve owned and by far the best.

Only selling as i`m due to get married at the end of March and will require a cheaper, more family orientated car.

The car has covered just over 63k miles from new(2.5 engine has covered 14k miles) and has had 2 previous owners. The last owner had the car for 10 years.

11 Months Mot & 5 Months tax.

Last serviced 23/9/11 @ 62,280 miles.

In 2007 the car had a 2.5 short block engine built by EngineTuner at a cost of £7,500(with receipt to prove).

In June 2011 i had the 5 speed Uk box replaced with an STI 8 6 speed box(bought from BIGARF on here) which was fitted at API Subaru.

The car is very quick with performance to match its looks.
It has the following modifications.

- 2.5 Short block built by EngineTuner
- Sti 8 6 Speed box
- Helix uprated Clutch
- Fidanza Lightened Flywheel
- Hybrid FMIC
- 740cc injectors, uprated fuel pump & pressure regulator
- MD195S Turbo
- HKS 3" Downpipe
- Blitz Nur Spec cat back(with bung)
- Pipercross Induction kit
- Samco hoses
- Tek 3 Re-map by Martin Jeffries(from EngineTuner)

With the listed mods the car produces 360 bhp and 380 lb/ft torque which gives it effortless acceleration.

The car also benfits from the following.

- 5 x 18" Revolution Millenium alloys
- WRX suspension with Spax lowering springs.
- STI interior
- STI rear lights
- Morette quad headlight conversion
- STI 5 rear spoiler
- STI 6 front lip
- RCM Carbon fibre mirrors
- Front & Rear strut braces
- Whiteline adjustable rear anti-roll bar
- Whiteline adjustable rear control arms
- K-Sport 8-pot 330mm brake kit
- Braided brake hoses
- 22b bonnet vents
- Reverse bonnet scoop

The car has been very well looked after it`s entire life and has had no expense spared.
I have a folder full of receipts for all work carried out and all old MOT`s.

I`m sure i have missed out loads so if you have any questions then feel free to contact me.

I am looking for £5850 ono and am based in South Wales, not far from Severn Bridge. Now reduced to £5400 ono

I can be contacted on here, or on 07856770643. Cheers Andrew

Pics to follow shortly.

Hi guys, cheers for the comments.

The car does not have forged internals so is bascially running as much power as it safely can. This was built and mapped by EngineTuner to be a fast road car. The turbo is good for 400bhp.
At the time, the guy i bought the car off couldn`t afford an uprated box as well as an engine build so EngineTuner built it to be as powerful as possible whilst maintaining the Uk box.

It is mapped to run 1.2bar of boost. The dyno graph is still on the EngineTuner website under Subaru 2.5. 359.4bhp & 380 lb/ft.(customer name = Tony Heale. Reg = ubz 8878)

It recently popped 3rd gear on the standard Uk box so i decided to buy a 6 speed box, which i knew would have no trouble handling the torque this car produces. It also helps with all round driveability of the car.

The engine itself is just a 2.5 Short engine with uprated gaskets/head gakets, ARP head studs, RCM oil pump, uprated fuel pump, 740cc injectors and pressure regualtor.

If anyone requires any further info i can contact the previous owner or EngineTuner directly as they knew the previous owner well.

Cheers
Andrew
