STI V3 Type R Track car
Subaru Sti version 3 Type R 555 Ltd
JDM Model – Year 1997 – White – Reg number D5 WRC
The Car has only Covered 37413 kilometres, with the new engine which was ran in for 1000 miles then re-mapped by Bob Rawle with approximately 700-1000 track miles and only ran on Motul oil.
Genuine Reason for sale is we haven’t used it for 5 years and don’t get the time to get out in it. The car is sorn with no mot or tax but comes with the plate worth around £1000. Ideal for track use or could be put back on the road.
No expense has been spared with this car and has been maintained with pride. Massive spec using top of the range performance parts. The Engine Work was carried out by Dave Davis, and the Oil catch tank was installed by Roger Clarke Motorsport and Bob Rawle carried out the mapping.
The engine, Gearbox, diff oils and filter have been changed along with a new battery. 15-2-2012
Good Points
A potential great rare car / Track car with massive spec at a cheap price.
The car works really well on track handling, Speed and braking is superb.
Bad Points
There are parts on the arches where there are signs of Rust behind the paint
It’s not pristine as you can imagine being a track car
If you wanted to have it road legal then yes it would need an mot, tax etc.
