Default MY97 STI white

it has a version 3 bottom end which is the same as my cars factory engine, and version 4 cylinder heads from respectable people off here. the bottom end i have reciepts from API for a full strip down then new crank bearings, piston rings and seals etc from and the heads were skimmed before put into the car, new cambelt fitted.

the head gaskets that were used are Cometic.

the car is now running sweet

note, the body kit, front bumper and side skirts are better looking than most models.

it has 3 inch bellmouthed decat downpipe

blitz nur spec type R cat back exhaust system

VF34 ball bearing turbo 3 year old!

17 inch gold BK racing alloys with excellent tread on tyres although the laquer has slightly flaked on rim. 40mm profile.

this model has the extra storage on dash board, as in picture

Ripspeed dvd/cd head unit with 2 controllers

K and N panel filtre

magnecore HT leads

new race NGK spark plugs

turbo timer, i have always warmed up sufficently then let the timer cool down. i have not thrashed it to bits, theres no need

new radiator

rear Lexus lights

toad alarm and immobiliser system with 2 keys and 2 fobs

tracker fitted £450 to buy, and keeps insurance down

new fuel filtre

obviously there are stone chips as it is 14 years old and as in pictures it has surface rust on rear arch lips, along the bottom of the door seal, a small dent on roof with rust and it has bubbled up slighly along the top of the windscreen, about 4inches by 1 inch in size, i have taken the car to few places and i can get the work done for £200. which i will get done if it doesnt sell before the end of this month.

it is very quick, and loud as you expect from these cars

i also will be throwing in a walbro fuel pump and boost gauge with mount to fit, new but not fitted. cost £150

i have not mucked about with boost at all

i have the standard catylic converter for MOT time

the car was off the road for a year as the previous engine was wrong for the car and i was alot of money out of pocket.

10 months MOT

4 months tax

the car has 83000 (miles) as the dials have been converted

i am unaware of the mileage on the bottom end, but there is no unusual noises and API are a well trusted company!

Silicone turbo intake pipe aswell. blue

new stainless steal pistons in both front brake calipers then painted red and fitted new brake pads

electric arial and wing mirrors that fold in

gearbox and rear dif oil changed just over a year ago, not that it should ever really need doing

new genuine subaru clutch fitted 6 years ago, and feels firm with no unsual noises or feel to it, new MAF was fitted at the same time, i have reciept of these down by Alan Jeffery @ Engine Tuner.

the car is currently in use and is advertised a few other places

feel free to ask any questions

it really must be driven, and having to drive 20 miles to work then back again 5 times a week is not going to do my wallet any favers. my girlfriend uses it as her work is less then a mile away. i simply cannot afford to use it, its a shame i cant give this car the attention it needs

i originally wanted £4000 but then realised that aint gona happen

offers of around £3500

i live on the isle of wight, which i no is a pain in the **** for viewing and if i was to break it

i agree, the standard sti rear lights do look better but i cannot afford to and im not prepared fork out £130 odd for some rear lights if im selling it. they came with the car when i purchased it and havent changed them as i dont need to add a rear fog light for the MOT with these lights
